Baked Pumpkin

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pumpkin pulp
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Honey
  • Salt

Directions

After peeling and cleaning the pumpkin, cut into slices 1 cm thick, and place a baking sheet. Sprinkle sage (torn into small pieces), rosemary, salt, and a little honey. Bake for 30 minutes at 140 °C.
