STEWED CASTELLUCCIO LENTILS

Ingredients

  • 200 g Castelluccio lentils (or any lentils)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra-virgin oil
  • Salt

Proceedings

In a pan, possibly made of earthenware, pour 1 l of water, the lentils, garlic and celery, and cook over low heat for the time indicated on the package. If necessary, add boiling water. Season with salt and serve with a drizzle of oil.
